With a total working experience of 28 years, I have spent 14 years in the Retail and Online Ecommerce world. I have created and expanded the franchising wing of FNP , In 2001 when i joined there were 9 shops in Delhi NCR which since then have expanded to 200 boutiques in over 80 cities across the country. This includes company owned and franchised outlets. This journey included formulating franchising format of large, medium and Kiosk models . I also founded the online division of FNP in 2002. Today www.fnp.com is India's biggest and flower and online gifting portal. Established the rules of pricing in the indian market and launched innovative ideas and worked from scratch while keeping an eye on the costs and turnover.
