Dipti Nair has 20 plus years of experience in the Print, Web, Television, and Internet Radio space. She started her career with one of India’s oldest newspapers, 'The Free Press Journal' in Indore, and later moved to 'The Telegraph' in Kolkata. Dipti shifted base to Bangalore in 1995 as the Special Correspondent of 'The Telegraph'. In 2003, she joined 'Deccan Herald', where she was the Editor of the Sunday magazine, 'Sunday Herald'. She has also written for 'The National Geographic Traveller – India', 'India Today - Travel Plus', and 'Little India'.

Dipti covered the General Elections in 2004, capturing the drama inherent in poll campaigns, for StarTV’s show ‘Poll Khol’. In 2010, she took a leap of faith to join INKTalks where she was the Editorial Director. Her stint with startups continued when she worked as a radio journalist for Radiowalla.in; writing and producing radio documentaries on a host of subjects from LGBT Rights to the 2012 Anna Hazare movement.
