Ajay Batra has over 25 years of experience in starting and scaling-up up his own enterprises, as well as mentoring other ventures.

Ajay has co-founded QAI Global, International Educational Exchange and Lutyens Startups; and consulted with stellar organizations like Accenture, IBM, Sony, Wipro, HCL and Azim Premji Foundation.

Through Lutyens Startups, he has been on a mission to develop and support young entrepreneurs in India. An evangelist in the use of Capability Maturity Models (CMMs) for building great organizations’ he has received Computer Science and Management education in India and USA. He is about to launch his book “Startups and Beyond: Building Enduring Organizations”.
